Sometimes we find out that we have low Wi-Fi signals on our devices. But it is only because our devices are too far from the wireless access point.
As a result, your iPhone XS Max will receive weak or not stable internet signal.
Your best option is to go closer to the modem/router. That way you have minimized or totally eliminated the factors causing the problem.

Just like any other machine, internet modems and routers can overheat. When this happens, its signal transmission will be affected.
Thus, you will start receiving weaker and unstable signal. Turn off your modem/router if you start experiencing this.

You have to remember this though, all the networks that you have previously joined as well as the passwords will be deleted.

2. Tap Reset
3. Select Reset Network Settings
Then, turn off then back on your Wi-Fi toggle. Connect to the network and type in the password (if required).
